Posted September 1, 2016. Yes, 220 lbs you need a new rear spring at least. At 200 lbs I was told the front springs would be OK. My 250XCW was my 3rd KTM build, learning to save $$, Got a 72-250 rear spring (189-209 lbs. rider) off Ebay for $40 and sold my stock spring for the same.
